Overview
Registrations are done online through the Unibocconi Events Portal. Participants may pay securely using a credit card. The registration process is straightforward and can be completed in a few minutes.
Early Bird rate is active until:
30 April 2026 at 23:45 CET.
8 May 2026 at 23:45 CET.

Please join or renew your AIS membership by Friday, 8 May. The verification system will be offline for a technical update and won’t be available again until 18 May.

Note: During the conference registration, up to 2 guest companions can be added at the agreed rate of €155 per person.

Registration Fees
Participants who register for the ancillary meeting will have lunch and coffee breaks included on Saturday and Sunday.
Registration for the ancillary meeting is only available to those who are also registered for the conference.

Cancellation Policy

One full registration is required for every accepted paper and/or abstract unless otherwise specified by the Conference Organisers. -
Authors and participants may cancel their registration up to the author registration deadline. A €50 administrative charge will apply. -
Registration fees are non-refundable for all cancellations after the author registration deadline has elapsed.

Conference Organisers will accept a substitute at no additional cost if a registered participant is unable to attend.
